Upon completion of your online registration, you will be contacted by a Celebrations® Customer Care Agent to confirm your payment. 

Vendor Online Registration Form

Booths sales will be confirmed by a Celebrations representative.  8x8 booths are a full 8x8 foot square
 space, located at premium locations throughout the exhibit areas.  Table top displays are located
against walls and backdrops and ALL display items MUST be contained to the top of the table. 
Utilization of space other than the table top will required an onsite upgrade to a full size booth.
Vendor categories are available in controlled numbers to maintain the quality of a well balanced
show.  Booths are sold on a first-come, first-served basis until each category is filled.  Celebrations
will maintain a wait-list for cancellations and additional availability.

Once accepted by show management, vendor will receive an onsite exhibitor kit with complete details.  Exhibitor kit is considered
an extension of this contract and once signed by participating vendor, all terms and conditions are accepted.  Early dismantling of booths is not
permitted without permission from show staff, and may result in forfeiting leads list.  Requests for additional tables, electricity, etc must
be received by 7 days prior to the event, and may not be accommodated onsite.  Booth space will be assigned on a first come, first served
basis.  All booth fees must be paid 15 days prior to each event to be listed in printed materials.  Fees must be paid prior to the early bird deadline
to qualify for discounts.   Booth space may not be shared, nor is the distribution of any other businesses information permitted.  Vendors are
responsible for the security of their own property during set-up, show hours or striking of the event, and appropriate insurance coverage must
be carried by the exhibitor.  Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to event date for credit to a future show and are subject to a $100
administrative fee.  Cancellations made after 60 days or No-Shows are still due in full.  Cancellation due to extreme weather or circumstances
beyond the control of Events, Etc. may be provided with  credit to an upcoming show.  Refunds, in such a case, are not available.  Use of
Celebration’s, The Wedding Guide. Colorado Celebrations or Events, Etc. collateral or intellectual property without prior permission is prohibited.
